Erik brings nearly two decades of disability advocacy experience and expertise in employment services management to SETWorks.


His dedication is deeply rooted in personal experience as a father of an autistic son, driving his commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities. 


Erik’s impact extends to his roles on the Autism Society of the Heartland, the Missouri APSE board, and the Kansas City Mayor’s Council for People with Disabilities.

Heather Janci hails from New Jersey and brings over a decade of experience to the team as a former DDD/IDD provider.

 

She specializes in day services, employment, CARF accreditations, 14C certifications, production and advocacy.

 

Joining the SETWorks team has allowed Heather to remain connected to the IDD world by helping agencies reach their highest potential.
