Henri McCracken

Co-CEO

Henri is co-CEO and one of the founders and owners of SETWorks. With almost two decades of experience in global healthcare IT, Henri is passionate about cultivating exceptional teams and driving results through innovation. At SETWorks, Henri is deeply committed to harnessing technology to resolve issues and empower disability service organizations and the individuals they serve.

 

Henri’s family, along with his team, holds the utmost importance to him. After embarking on a transformative family gap year in Europe, accompanied by his wife and their lively boy/girl twins, they have returned to the United States and are now happily settled in Michigan.

 

Henri enjoys spending time with family, whether they’re embarking on outdoor adventures like hiking, cycling, and skiing, or exploring Disney World. He is also fluent in German and enjoys practicing the language whenever he can.

David Lindell

Co-CEO

David is co-CEO and one of the founders and owners of SETWorks. He leverages his background in global healthcare IT and human service IT in building and developing SETWorks to solve complex, real-world problems today.

 

At SETWorks, it is immensely rewarding and humbling for David to work with IDD agencies to become more data-driven and outcome focused, especially after seeing their struggles first-hand through consulting with agencies all over the U.S.

 

David enjoys spending quality time with his family – his wife, daughter and two sons, as well as traveling, hiking and reading. David appreciates a good sauna and is always ready for an invigorating dip in an ice-cold body of water.

Jocelyn Leatherman

Director of Client Operations

After serving nearly seven years in a variety of roles at Missouri IDD provider agencies, Jocelyn developed a deep passion for disability services. Quickly realizing the value that higher education could bring to the IDD industry with the goal of improving the way organizations use data and research, she went on to earn a MS in I/O Psychology, with her graduate thesis being on the motivational factors of Direct Support Professionals.

 

As Director of Client Operations at SETWorks, Jocelyn’s first-hand experience as a SETWorks user, IDD professional, and consultant, brings invaluable insight to the Client Operations team to inform how to best serve our clients through their unique needs. 

 

Jocelyn brings invaluable insight to the IDD network as she strives to inspire providers towards using data to drive success and consider research and evidence-based approaches to leadership, organizational management and beyond.  

Blake Theiss

Software Engineering Director + Solution Architect

Blake has over two decades of experience in architecting and developing software solutions. He leads our engineering team at SETWorks and is passionate about strong teams and establishing processes and frameworks for building great software.

 

Blake strives to deliver software solutions that bring immeasurable value to organizations, align with their business objectives, and offer seamless user experiences. His unwavering vision and mission are instrumental in shaping the success of SETWorks and the organizations we serve.

Mat Koelling

Product Manager

Mat’s career is a testament to his passion for both healthcare and technology. With a Masters of Health Administration (MHA) and a certificate in Health Informatics, he has expertly merged these fields at SETWorks.

 

As Product Manager, Mat applies his deep understanding to drive innovation and efficiency in product development. His impact demonstrates how leveraging technology and data-driven decisions can propel organizations to success, ultimately enhancing the care provided to their clients.

 

Mat is a family man who treasures time spent with his family. He is an enthusiast of the outdoors, frequently found at the lake, playing golf, traveling, or backpacking through scenic trails.

Valerie Story

HR and Accounting Administrator

Valerie is a seasoned professional specializing in payroll and finance, with a deep commitment to supporting the initiatives of organizations serving the intellectually and developmentally disabled (IDD) community. At SETWorks, she combines her expertise in financial management with a passion for streamlining processes and making a meaningful difference.

 

Valerie loves to embrace the great outdoors and the excitement of various sporting events. An avid reader, she enjoys spending time in the pages of a captivating book, often accompanied by a cup of great coffee. Val’s personal life is enriched by quality time spent with her husband and two sons, and creating lasting memories together.

Anna Spexarth

Senior Marketing and Communications Manager

With her background in strategic communications, art, and leadership, Anna is passionate about how intentional communication, branding and data can be instrumental in organizational success.

 

Through her grandfather being a founder at an IDD agency, Anna grew up with a fondness for and involvement within the disability service space. At SETWorks, Anna is responsible for our marketing and communications efforts and is proud to be a part of empowering the disability service space today.

 

At her home in Denver in her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her partner, especially in the outdoors, through hiking (working on checking off her 14er list!), skiing, getting their cats to not eat houseplants, and drinking copious amounts of local coffee.

Scout Dearth

Creative Marketing Specialist

Scout’s passion lies at the crossroads of disability services and the arts, and she knows firsthand how important quality care and meaningful experiences are to those in the IDD world.

 

Before joining the team at SETWorks, Scout worked at IDD organizations, and has a brother and many friends who benefit from the services they provide. She is proud to contribute to their success and the disability service space through SETWorks.

 

When she isn’t organizing logistics for an industry partner conference or building outreach communications, her nose can be found in a book, a crossword puzzle, studying Missouri’s native plants, or boogie-ing at the local disco.

Julia Hefferon

Operations Administrator

With her background in elementary education and a close connection to the IDD world, as her sister has special needs, Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She works closely with all departments at SETWorks, ensuring that tasks are completed seamlessly and efficiently. In her free time, she enjoys exploring her home city of Chicago, practicing calligraphy, exercising, and visiting family across the country.

Erica Lee

Client Success Manager

With a wealth of experience in driving customer success and implementation management, Erica has consistently delivered outstanding results, resulting in optimized revenue streams and enhanced enablement efforts at SETWorks. Her commitment to leveraging her skills and abilities to assist others makes her a valuable asset, and she takes pride in being a trusted advisor who consistently delivers best practices for all sizes of organizations across the U.S.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Erica enjoys spending time with family as well as her cats and dogs, and being in the Arizona outdoors as much as possible, constantly seeking new adventures and opportunities for exploration.

Kevin Grunwald

Client Success Manager

Kevin leverages his background in customer service and a keen ability for quick, solutions-based problem solving to ensure every SETWorks client is successful and has a pleasant and seamless experience.

As the driving force behind the SETWorks webinar series, he expertly guides users through valuable training sessions and designs innovative materials and resources to enhance their proficiency.

 

With extensive experience in diverse technologies, Kevin’s passion for people drives him to empower others in utilizing technology effectively. Outside of work, Kevin indulges his creativity through cooking and exploring local KC restaurants.

Griff Young

Onboarding Consultant II

With a background in education and customer support, Griff channels his passion into empowering agencies to optimize their utilization of SETWorks. His commitment to leveraging his skills to enhance organizational efficiency is underscored by a diverse skill set.

 

Outside of work, Griff finds joy in quality family time with his wife and two daughters. He is an enthusiast of music and the outdoors, often found listening to music, fishing, and engaging in hands-on DIY projects.

Christa Griesbach

Onboarding Consultant III

Christa brings extensive experience and understanding of the IDD community to her role at SETWorks. With years of service at an IDD agency, and education in Health Science, Psychology, and Disability Studies, she possesses valuable insights into industry needs and challenges they face. 

 

Driven by her passion for efficient and high-quality services, Christa is committed to empowering agencies to excel in their mission. As an Onboarding Consultant, she is honored to assist agencies in their journey toward achieving their goals, ultimately contributing to the creation of a world where individuals are given the utmost priority and care. 

 

Outside of work, Christa finds joy in exploring the world through travel. She also enjoys spending quality time with family, taking her dogs on long walks, and playing tennis. 

Shawna Stalker

Industry Consultant

With over 8 years of dedicated experience in the IDD space, coupled with a 5-year tenure as a SETWorks Administrator for an IDD organization, Shawna has cultivated a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this field.

At SETWorks, she is committed to leveraging her expertise to empower clients, helping them to harness the full potential of SETWorks in their mission to support individuals with disabilities. Her goal is to ensure that every user feels confident and supported, enabling them to deliver exceptional care and services with our software.

Keegan Comstock

Technical Support Manager

Keegan is a seasoned support professional who has devoted his career to assisting individuals in overcoming their technology challenges. With over a decade of hands-on customer service experience, he thrives on providing exceptional support to clients. Keegan’s unwavering commitment to helping others is evident in his willingness to seize every opportunity for assistance.

Outside of work, Keegan finds joy in tinkering with his collection of arcade machines, showcasing his passion for technology even during his downtime. With his expertise and genuine dedication, Keegan is an invaluable asset in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all.

Andrew Harris

Software Engineering Manager & Senior Software Engineer 1

Andrew is a software engineer based in Philadelphia, originally from Chicago. He studied classical languages and astrophysics before learning software development through LaunchCode.

 

At his time at SETWorks, Andrew has quickly become a vital member of the engineering team, focusing on delivering a top quality product. He has a deep passion for empowering those in the IDD community; as a result, he enjoys working directly with clients. He specializes in billing and EVV integrations in multiple states.

 

Outside of work, Andrew loves going the movies and trying new restaurants with great food and even better company.

Austin Hammell

Software Engineering Manager & Senior Software Engineer 1

Austin has been developing software within the IDD industry for over 5 years.

Throughout those years he has gained nation-wide experience with many different areas, including billing and electronic visit verification (EVV).

 

Austin is passionate about developing software that provides value to the clients we serve, and today, he leads a part of the SETWorks engineering team and loves to help others grow in their careers.

 

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his fiancé and going to the park with his young nephew.

Ryan Comeau

Senior VP of Revenue & Growth

Ryan brings a wealth of experience leading the growth of new and established organizations. He is passionate about the mission-driven approach SETWorks delivers. Ryan’s expertise in navigating complex sales landscapes and building lasting relationships has been a key driver in expanding SETWorks’ reach and impact.

 

Outside of his professional life, Ryan is a dedicated family man who cherishes spending time on the water and being outdoors. He has a passion for traveling and is an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Always seeking new experiences, Ryan enjoys creating memorable moments with his family and friends.

Kirstie McArthur

Director of Sales, Growth Marketing & Business Development

Strategic, analytical and empathetic, Kirstie leads our sales, marketing, and business development efforts after years of expertise across not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Her passion for contributing to growth and helping individuals and organizations maximize their potential is applied both internally and externally, as all audiences benefit from her practical and fresh approaches to business management.

 

Outside of work, Kirstie can be found trail running, hiking, or kayaking. As an advocate for making nutrition and mental health support accessible to all, Kirstie can often be found living out her personal motto “Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Happy Heart”.
